摘　　要：该文论述了产业园区和高校产教融合模式实施的必要性及实践方法。产教融合既推动了产业升级、增强了创新能力,又提升了高校教育实践效果和创新人才培养成效。产教融合实践模式包括:共建实验室和研究中心、共享科研设施和技术资源等;通过定制化的人才培养计划和“双师型”教师队伍建设联合培养人才;建设产学研一体化实习实训基地,推行工学结合实习模式;开展创新孵化器和技术转移,搭建创新和创业孵化平台,提供创业指导和资金支持。这些模式对加强高校和产业界之间的联系、推动理论和实践相结合有着十分重要的意义。This paper discusses the necessity and practical methods of the implementation of the industry-education integration mode of industrial parks and universities.The integration of industry and education not only promotes industrial upgrading,enhances innovation ability,but also enhances the practical effect of university education and the cultivation of innovative talents.The practice mode includes the joint construction of laboratories and research centers,the sharing of scientific research facilities and technical resources,and other cooperative R&D platforms;joint training of talents through customized talent training plans and the construction of a double-teacher team;the construction of an integrated internship and training base for production,education and research and the implementation of the internship model combining engineering and learning.Finally,it is necessary to carry out innovation incubators and technology transfer,build innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platforms,and provide entrepreneurial guidance and financial support.These models are of great significance for strengthening the connection between universities and industry,and promoting the integration of theory and practice.
