新世纪以来我国技能形成研究的热点主题及演进趋势——基于可视化软件的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：技能型人力资本是技能型社会建设的关键部分,技能形成是技能型人力资本的根基。以中文核心期刊为研究对象,考察技能形成领域的研究情况,发现其经历了起步探索、平稳过渡和丰富发展三个阶段,其研究热点主要包括技能型社会建设研究、技能形成体系研究、技能形成影响因素研究、技能型人才培养研究、绿色技能开发研究等。未来需要把六大价值取向作为研究的着眼点,包括技能型社会建设视域下技能形成体系研究、高质量发展视域下技能标准体系构建研究、产教融合视域下技能型人才培养研究、数字化转型视域下就业技能结构提升研究、可持续发展视域下绿色技能开发研究、终身学习视域下全生命周期技能研究。还需要从进一步加强学术共同体建设、创新研究方法、丰富研究主题和推动跨学科研究合作等方面提高研究质量。Skilled human capital is the key part of the construction of a skilled society,and the formation of skills is the foundation of skilled human capital.Taking Chinese core journals as the research object,the research situation in the field of skill formation is investigated,and it is found that they have experienced three stages:initial exploration,smooth transition and rich development.The research focuses mainly include the research on the construction of a skilled society,the research on the system of skill formation,the research on the influencing factors of skill formation,the research on the training of skilled talents,and the research on the development of green skills.The future needs to focus on six value orientations,including the research on skill formation system from the perspective of skilled society construction,the construction of skill standard system from the perspective of high-quality development,the cultivation of skilled talents from the perspective of integration of enterprises with schools and universities,the improvement of employment skill structure from the perspective of digital transformation,the development of green skills from the perspective of sustainable development,and the whole life cycle skills from the perspective of lifelong learning.It is also necessary to further strengthen the construction of academic community,innovate research methods,enrich research topics and promote interdisciplinary research cooperation to improve its research quality.
