摘  要:为了阻隔外界不良环境对乳酸菌的影响,使乳酸菌顺利达到肠道进行定植和黏附,常对饲用的乳酸菌进行微胶囊包被处理。微胶囊包被技术可以增强乳酸菌活性,促进乳酸菌在动物胃肠道定植,从而使乳酸菌更好地发挥益生作用。乳酸菌微胶囊能够更好地提高动物抗应激能力,增强机体免疫力,改善肠道健康。文章阐述了微胶囊包被技术的分类及常用的壁材材料,并总结了乳酸菌微胶囊在猪、牛生产上的应用情况,为乳酸菌微胶囊技术在动物生产中的应用推广提供参考。To shield lactic acid bacteria from adverse environmental influences and ensure their successful colonization and adhesion in the intestine,lactic acid bacteria used in feed are often microencapsulated.Microencapsulation technology can enhance the activity of lactic acid bacteria,promote their colonization in the gastrointestinal tract of animals,and thus better exert their probiotic effects.Lactic acid bacteria microcapsules can better improve animal stress resistance,enhance immune system function,and improve intestinal health.The article discusses the classification of microencapsulation technologies and commonly used wall materials,and summarizes the application of lactic acid bacteria microcapsules in pig and cattle production,providing a reference for the application and promotion of lactic acid bacteria microencapsulation technology in animal production.
