摘  要:生物基材料由于具有可持续再生、易降解、绿色环保等特性,成为了新型的绿色包装材料之一。生物基食品包装材料的使用不仅可减少石油的消耗量,解决塑料包装所造成的环境问题,同时又能充分利用现有资源,具有良好的社会和经济效益。本文综述了多糖、蛋白质、脂质、微生物产物、聚乳酸的特性及其在食品包装领域中的研究进展,并对生物基食品包装材料发展趋势进行了展望。结果表明,不同生物基材料的优缺点各有差异;生物基食品包装材料存在一定的缺陷,如生产成本较高、综合性能较差;复合包装材料、活性包装材料、可食用包装材料是生物基食品包装材料发展的主要趋势。Due to their sustainable,biodegradable,and eco-friendly nature,bio-based materials have emerged as a promising alternative in food packaging.The use of bio-based materials in food packaging not only reduces fossil fuels consumption,addressing environmental issues caused by plastic packaging,but also maximizes the utilization of existing resources,leading to significant social and economic benefits.This review comprehensively examined the characteristics and applications of bio-based materials in food packaging,including polysaccharides,proteins,lipids,microbial products,and polylactic acid(PLA).The development trend of bio-based food packaging materials was prospected.Results indicated that different biomaterials had their own advantages and disadvantages;biomaterials for food packaging had certain drawbacks,such as high production costs and inferior comprehensive performance.Composite packaging materials,active packaging materials,and edible packaging materials were identified as the primary trends in the development of bio-based materials for food packaging.
