摘  要:采用化学合成法合成了一种新型的二氧化钛-三氧化二铁@银纳米复合材料(Titanium dioxide-iron oxide@silver nanocomposite material,TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag),并采用玻碳电极(Glassy carbon electrode,GCE)构建一种新型的TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE传感器对饮料中的日落黄(Sunset yellow,SY)进行定量分析。通过对TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)比例、富集时间以及磷酸盐缓冲溶液(Phosphate buffered saline,PBS)p H值等条件的优化,确定了TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE的最佳工作条件。结果表明:TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag不仅具有良好的导电性而且对SY具有很好的吸附作用,可有效缩短传感器的富集时间,提高传感器的灵敏度。TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE的最佳工作条件为TiO_(2)和Fe_(2)O_(3)的比例9:1、PBS的pH值5.0、富集时间120 s。在最佳条件下SY氧化峰电流Ip与其浓度分别在1.0×10^(–4)~0.1μmol/L和0.1~15μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为0.0867 nmol/L。此外TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE对SY中常见干扰物有很好的抗干扰能力,对橘汁饮料中SY的检测结果与高效液相色谱法一致,可信度较高,具有较好的实用价值。A new type titanium dioxide-iron oxide@silver nanocomposite material(TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag)was synthesized by chemical synthesis method,and a new type TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE sensor was constructed using glassy carbon electrode(GCE)for detecting sunset yellow(SY)in beverages.The optimal working conditions of TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE were determined by optimizing the ratio of TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3),the enrichment time,the pH of phosphate buffered saline(PBS)and other conditions.TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag not only had good conductivity but also had a good adsorption effect on SY,which can shorten the enrichment time of the sensor effectively and improve the sensitivity of the sensor significantly.The optimal working conditions of TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE were that the ratio of TiO_(2) to Fe_(2)O_(3) was 9:1,pH of PBS was 5.0,and enrichment time was 120 seconds.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the oxidation peak current Ip of SY exhibited a linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(–4)–0.1μmol/L and 0.1–15μmol/L,while the detection limit(S/N=3)was 0.0867 nmol/L,which was better than other electrochemical sensors significantly.In addition TiO_(2)-Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ag/GCE had good anti-interference ability against common interfering substances in SY,and the detection results of SY in orange juice drinks were consistent with results of high performance liquid chromatography,the credibility was high and had good practical value.
