高职人才能力素质测量因子研究——以乡村景观设计职业为例

摘　　要：职业能力素质培养是高职教育的重要目标,也是行业、企业的需求,其评价因子研究对促进高职人才培养质量的提升有重要的实践意义。本文通过梳理职业能力素质相关定义,综述了国内外研究现状,并基于COMET职业能力理论,构建了职业能力素质测量的各级因子。以乡村景观设计职业为例,对企业进行访谈调研,形成该职业能力素质测量因子的描述内容,并选取代表性学生群体,开展该职业能力素质测量。分析测量数据的显著相关性,验证基于COMET职业能力理论构建的职业能力素质测量因子的有效性。通过分析乡村景观设计职业能力素质的各测量因子权重,发现该职业对高职人才的各项要求呈等均性,并提出了相对应的教学改革建议。The cultivation of professional ability and quality is not only an important goal of higher vocational education,but also the demand of industry and enterprises.The research on its evaluation factors has important practical significance to promote the quality improvement of higher vocational talent cultivation.By combing the relevant definitions of professional competence and quality,the research status at home and abroad were summarized,and the factors at all levels of professional competence and quality measurement were constructed based on comet professional competence theory.Taking the rural landscape design profession as an example,interviews were conducted with enterprises to form the description of the professional ability and quality measurement factors,and representative student groups were selected to carry out the professional ability and quality measurement.The significant correlation of the measured data was analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the measurement factors of professional ability and quality based on comet professional ability theory.By analyzing the weight of each measurement factor of the professional ability and quality of rural landscape design,it was found that the requirements of the profession for higher vocational talents are equal,and the corresponding teaching reform suggestions were put forward.
