情感社会学视阈下西部乡村教师校际交流的叙事研究

摘  要:制约我国义务教育均衡发展的关键因素是城乡师资配置失衡。作为纾解此难题的教师交流轮岗制度,在具体执行过程中忽视了交流教师情感层面的现实需求。文章从情感社会学视角出发,利用相片合成叙事研究技巧,深描教师校际交流过程的真实情景,发现西部乡村教师在校际交流过程中虽然实现了师资力量的空间性转移,但仍存在着情感期望消解、情感交换不对等、情感仪式丢失的体验困境。鉴于此,文章试图以“以行化心”“以心促情”“以情践德”三环相扣的逻辑体系,通过构建教师情感支持体系、发挥教师自身情感管理技术、唤醒教育教学情感文化等途径破解中小学教师校际交流中的情感困境,将制度建设与人文关怀相联结,提高教师职业幸福感。The key factor that restricts the balanced development of compulsory education in China is the unbalanced allocation of teachers between urban and rural areas.As an alleviation to this problem,the teacher exchange swap system neglects the practical emotion needs of teachers in its specific implementation process.From the perspective of emotional sociology,this paper uses the photo synthesis narrative research technique to deeply describe the real situation of inter-school communication process among teachers.It also finds that although teachers in western rural areas have realized the spatial transfer of teachers in this process,there still exists experience dilemmas such as the resolution of emotional expectations,the imbalance of emotional exchange and the loss of emotional interaction rituals.In view of this,the paper attempts to solve the emotional dilemma faced by primary and secondary school teachers during their inter-school communication through constructing teachers emotional supporting system,giving play to teachers emotional management skills,and awakening the emotional culture of education and teaching under a three-loop logic system of"transforming the heart with actions","promoting emotions with heart"and"practicing virtues with emotions"which links system construction with humanistic care to improve teachers'professional happiness.
