摘　　要：帕金森病是一种渐进性的神经系统退行性病变,疾病晚期可引起各种程度的肢体运动损伤,从而影响患者日常生活。在帕金森病早期阶段进行自我管理可引导患者树立正确的健康管理信念,帮助其提高健康素养,建立并维持健康的行为和生活方式,从而延缓疾病进展,提高患者生活质量。帕金森病患者自我管理的影响因素主要包括自我效能、日常生活能力、非运动症状、社会支持四个方面,其自我管理策略主要有情绪管理策略、运动管理策略、日常生活管理策略、协同护理策略四个方面。Parkinson's disease(PD)is a progressive neurological degenerative disease,the advanced stage of the dis⁃ease,can cause various degrees of limb motor injury,thus affecting the daily life of patients.Self-management in the early stages of PD can guide patients to establish correct health management beliefs,help them improve health literacy,estab⁃lish and maintain healthy behaviors and lifestyle,thus delaying disease progression and improving the quality of life of pa⁃tients.The influencing factors of self-management of PD patients mainly include self-efficacy,daily living ability,non-mo⁃tor symptoms,and social support.Their self-management strategies mainly include four aspects:emotion management strategy,exercise management strategy,daily life management strategy,and collaborative nursing strategy.
