摘　　要：建设行业产教融合共同体是新时代全面深化职业教育改革,彰显职业教育类型特色,提升职业院校服务经济社会发展能力的重大战略举措。文章从产教融合、教育融通、科教融汇三个层面阐释了行业产教融合共同体建设的主要价值,解析了职业教育行业产教融合共同体建设中面临的现实困境,并从共生共长,构建产教融合新型组织形态;共建共创,促进专业改造升级;共育团队,促进教师队伍结构的调整和重塑;共筑平台,促进创新平台能级提升;共建学院,促进引企入教深刻深化;共兴共荣,促进协同创新与成果转化六个方面提出高职发展职业教育行业产教融合共同体的突破策略。Establishing industry-education integration communities is a pivotal strategic initiative in the new era to thoroughly advance vocational education reform,emphasize the distinctive nature of vocational education,and bolster the capacity of vocational colleges to support economic and social progress.This article delineates the primary value of creating industry-education integration communities across three dimensions:industry-education integration,educational integration,and science-education integration.It examines the practical challenges encountered in the development of industry-education integration communities within the vocational education sector and constructs a novel organizational model of industry-education integration through the lens of symbiosis and mutual growth.This involves co-construction and co-creation to facilitate the transformation and upgrade of professions;co-educational teams to drive the adjustment and reconfiguration of the teaching staff structure;collaborative platform building to enhance the capabilities of innovation platforms;and joint college establishment to further the integration of enterprises into education.The article puts forth strategic breakthroughs for the advancement of the vocational education industry s industry-education integration community in six areas:fostering collaborative innovation and the conversion of achievements,and promoting shared prosperity and development.
