摘　　要：目的分析我国2020—2023年食品用纸容器的安全形势,总结食品用纸容器的安全风险隐患并提出建议。方法本研究对2020—2023年食品用纸容器产品国家食品安全监督抽查结果、部分省市级监督抽查结果和国内召回情况进行汇总,介绍了食品用纸容器产品产业和质量安全现状的基本情况,分析了食品用纸容器产品监督抽查情况及存在的主要质量安全问题和隐患。并结合4年监控数据,对食品用纸容器产品中涉及的2类产品细类的安全隐患和变化情况进行了分析。结果食品用纸容器产品中感官指标、标签标识、物理项目不合格是主要的安全隐患,需要有针对性的进行监控和监管。结论本研究基于上述问题,提出了需重点研究解决的问题和针对性管理政策措施建议,以期为我国食品用纸容器产业的安全防控提供参考,保障消费者使用安全,推动产业转型升级和提质增效,实现食品用纸包装容器产业的健康可持续发展。Objective To analyze the safety situation of food paper containers in China from 2020 to 2023,and summary the safety risks and hidden dangers of food paper containers,and propose suggestions.Methods This study summarized the national food safety supervision and inspection results of food paper container products from 2020 to 2023,as well as the supervision and inspection results of some provinces and cities,and the domestic recall situation.It introduced the basic situation of the industry and quality and safety status of food paper container products,analyzed the supervision and inspection situation of food paper container products,and identified the main quality and safety problems and hidden dangers.Combined with 4-year monitoring data,an analysis was conducted on the safety hazards and changes in the three product categories involved in food paper container products.Results The sensory indicators,label identification,and physical items in food paper container products were the main safety hazards that required targeted monitoring and supervision.Conclusion Based on the above issues,this study proposes key research and targeted management policy recommendations,aiming to provide reference for the safety prevention and control of China’s food paper container industry,ensure consumer safety,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,improve quality and efficiency,and achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the food paper container industry.
