摘  要:产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,也是加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革的关键。基于利益相关者理论,分析政府、行业、企业、学校四方利益诉求,从政府落实保障和评价体系缺乏、产教融合存在“两张皮”问题、企业参与产教融合驱动力不足、行业协会指导专业能力不强以及职业院校自身内功与认识不强五个方面深入剖析产教融合存在的现实问题,并从建立健全产教融合政策体系、提升产教融合人才培养质量、开展多种形式的产教融合合作模式三个方面探索产教融合的实践路径。The industry-education integration is a deep cooperation between industry and education,and is also the key to accelerating the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.:Based on stakeholder theory,the interests of the government,industry,enterprises and schools are analyzed.The practical problems in the integration of industry and education have been thoroughly analyzed,including the lack of government implementation guarantee and evaluation system,the"two skins"problem,the insufficient driving force for enterprises to participate,the weak professional ability of industry associations to guide,and the weak internal skills and understanding of vocational colleges.The practical paths of the integration of industry and education are discussed from three aspects:establishing and improving the policy system,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and carrying out various forms of cooperation mode.
