摘  要:药物结构与化学名是药物化学课程的教学重点与难点之一。本教学探索先总结根据药物化学名画结构式的步骤和方法,以及对复杂药物结构化学命名的步骤和方法,再通过几个实例以讲授式教学法传授给学生。接着实施任务驱动教学法,要求学生根据药物化学名画结构式,并自选药物化学名进行授课,同时激励学生发现教材的问题并提出建议。结果显示,药物结构与化学名的教学效果达到了比较理想的水平并符合金课要求。此外,团队从药物结构与化学名的教学中挖掘对思政教育资源,对药物化学课程思政教育进行了积极探索。The drug structure and the chemical name of drug are two key and difficult points in the teaching of medicinal chemistry.The procedure and method of drawing the structure of drug based on its chemical name,and the procedure and method of chemical naming of complex drug structure were summarized,and taught through some examples by lecturebased learning.And then the task-driven teaching method was performed,a group of students must draw some structures of drugs based on their chemical names and teach a chemical name of drug chosen by themselves.At the same time,they were stimulated to discover some shortcomings of the textbook and give their suggestions.The results show,the teaching effects of the drug structure and the chemical name of drug reached an ideal level and accorded with the standard of golden course.In addition,the resource of ideological and political education was excavated from the teaching of the drug structure and the chemical name of drug,which was an effective exploration on the ideological and political education in medicinal chemistry.
