摘  要:在推进高质量教师队伍建设背景下,公费师范生一直是重点关注和培养对象。华东师范大学立足本校实际,基于推行公费师范生本研衔接政策契机,深化变革公费师范生本研衔接培养模式。该模式深刻回应时代对高质量教师的呼唤,围绕培养“卓越中学教师”核心目标,打破本研阶段衔接过程中的多层次壁垒,构建具有特色的教师培养新范式,为现代化教师教育改革与创新教师培养体系提供参考。Public-funded normal university students have always been the focus and training objects in the context of building high-quality teachers.Based on the university’s actual situation,and seized the opportunity of implementing undergraduate to graduate studies transition policy,East China Normal University deepens the reform of the talent cultivation model.This model profoundly responds to the call for high-quality teachers in this era,focuses on the core goal of cultivating“excellent secondary school teachers”,breaks the multi-level barriers in the process of the transition,builds a unique new paradigm of teacher cultivation,and provides references for modernizing teacher education reform and innovating the teacher cultivation systems.
