摘  要:教师学习活动依托特定的媒介发生,而媒介不仅传递着学习信息,更是透过自身逻辑持续形塑教师学习的内涵、形态与机制。换言之,媒介的变革正在不断地重新定义教师学习,推动其发生结构性转向。本研究基于文化历史活动理论的创新重构,对口媒、纸媒、电媒下的教师学习活动进行质性分析发现:随着媒介变革的深入,教师从学习的消费者转变为学习的生产者,并增强了主体的变革与创新精神;教师学习从自上而下转为平等开放,权力秩序的重组使得教师学习机会公平得以实现;教师学习从个人主义朝向集体协作过渡,在此期间媒介助其增强了公开化与循证化。据此,教师在未来学习中需要提升媒介智慧,以新兴媒介为核心,走向一条教师学习的融媒路径。Teachers’learning activities depend on specific media,and the media not only transmit learning information,but also continue to shape the connotation,form and mechanism of teachers’learning through their own logic.In other words,changes in the media are constantly redefining teacher learning and pushing it to undergo a structural shift.Based on the innovative reconstruction of cultural-historical activity theory,this study qualitatively analyzed teachers’learning activities in oral media,textual media,and digital media,and findings shows that:with the deepening of media reform,teachers have transformed themselves from consumers of learning to producers of learning,and have strengthened the subject’s spirit of change and innovation;teachers’learning has shifted from top-down to equal and open,and the reconstruction of the order of power has made it possible to realize the fairness of learning opportunities for teachers;and teachers’learning has shifted from individualism to collectivism,during which teachers’learning became more open and evidence-based.Accordingly,teachers need to enhance their media intelligence,take emerging media as the core,and move towards an integrated media pathway for teacher learning in the future.
