新质生产力引领下的高职大学英语“三教”改革研究

摘  要:在分析新质生产力的提出背景和内涵的基础上,指出高职院校英语教师应提升自身的数字化教学能力,进而发展为新质劳动力;构建新形态教学资源体系,从而打造新质生产工具;提高高职学生英语核心素养,以培养新质劳动对象。新质生产力引领下的高职大学英语“三教”改革研究,对于提高大学英语教学质量、提升高职院校人才培养水平、助推高职教育高质量发展具有重要意义。Based on the analysis of the background and connotation of new quality productive forces,it is pointed out that English teachers in higher vocational colleges should enhance their digital teaching ability and develop into new quality labor force;construct a new form of the teaching resource system to create new quality production tools;and improve the key English competencies of higher vocational college students to cultivate new quality labor objects.The research on the"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"reform of college English in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of new quality productive forces is of great significance for improving the quality of college English teaching,enhancing the level of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
