云南省茶叶标准化工作现状分析与思考

摘　　要：标准化是产业基础高级化和产业链现代化的必要条件。云南省茶产业正处于向“茶业强省”发展的关键时期,发挥好标准引领作用至关重要。文章梳理了云南省茶叶标准化工作开展的现状,重点分析了云南省茶叶标准化组织、茶叶标准制(修)订工作、茶叶地理标志产品保护工作和茶叶标准化示范区建设情况,并从建立健全云南省茶叶标准体系、加强标准化服务体系建设、深入实施品牌战略、提升标准化科技支撑体系建设等方面进行了未来茶叶标准化工作的思考和讨论,以期为推动全省茶叶标准化工作高质量发展提供参考。Standardization serves as a fundamental prerequisite for the enhancement of the industrial base and the modernization of the industrial chain.As the tea industry in Yunnan Province is at a pivotal point in its transformation into a"tea industry powerhouse",it is imperative to harness the guiding influence of standards.The paper investigated the current status of tea standardization in Yunnan Province,with particular emphasis on the analysis of tea standardization organizations,the processes involved in the development and revision of tea standards,the protection of geographical indication products associated with tea,and the establishment of demonstration areas for tea standardization.Furthermore,this study explored future initiatives in tea standardization,emphasizing the necessity of establishing and enhancing the tea standard system in Yunnan province.It advocated for the strengthening of standardization service systems,the effective implementation of branding strategies,and the improvement of science and technology support systems for standardized practices.These insights are intended to provide guidance for promoting high quality developments in tea standardization efforts at the provincial level.
