摘　　要：英德红茶是英德市支柱产业之一。近年来英德红茶产业发展虽取得了一些成效,但也面临人工采摘成本较高、茶叶生产标准化水平欠佳和产业链条延伸不充分等问题。基于此,文章对英德红茶产业现状和存在的问题作综合分析,分别从提高智能化、规范化、生态化、科教化水平,加速新优品种推广,提升精深加工水平,申报非遗项目,找准品牌定位和茶文化赋能等方面提出对策,以期为英德红茶产业高质量发展提供参考。Yingde black tea is one of the pillar industries of Yingde city.In recent years,although the development of Yingde black tea industry has made some achievements,it has also faced some problems,such as high cost of manual picking,the low standardization level of tea production and insufficient extension of the industrial chain.Based on this,the paper made a comprehensive analysis of the situation and existing problems of Yingde black tea industry,and put forward countermeasures from the aspects of improving intelligence,standardization,harmfulness,science and education level,accelerating the promotion of new excellent cultivars,enhancing the level of sophisticated processing,applying for intangible cultural heritage projects,identifying brand positioning and tea culture empowerment,in order to provide references for the high-quality development of Yingde black tea industry.
