摘 要:实验技术队伍建设与队伍素质提升,在高校科学研究和人才培养工作中具有重要作用,同时也是高校教师队伍建设的主要部分。本研究通过一项全国性的针对高校实验技术人员的问卷调查,试图探究各高校加强实验技术队伍建设的相关举措对于实验技术人员自身及其业务的发展所起的作用。通过调查研究,发现学生创新创业项目参与不足、精品课程参与度较低、职称对成果的逆向筛选、培训机会缺乏和分配不均等问题是实验技术队伍中存在的主要问题。因此,研究提出吸引优质青年人才、增加培训投入,打破身份壁垒、加强学生指导,减少制度壁垒、开放实验室资源等举措,以促进实验技术队伍建设的努力进一步转化为学生能力提升和学校科研提升。The construction of the experimental technical team and the improvement of the quality of the team play an important role in the scientific research and personnel training of colleges and universities,and are also the main part of the construction of college teachers.Through a nationwide questionnaire survey on laboratory technicians in colleges and universities,this study attempts to explore the effect of relevant measures to strengthen the construction of laboratory technicians in colleges and universities on the development of laboratory technicians.Through investigation and research,it is found that the main problems in the experimental technical team are insufficient participation in students'innovation and entrepreneurship projects,low participation in fine courses,reverse screening of achievements by professional titles,lack of training opportunities and unequal distribution.Therefore,the research puts forward measures such as attracting high-quality young talents,increasing training investment,breaking identity barriers,strengthening student guidance,reducing institutional barriers,and opening laboratory resources,so as to further transform the efforts of building experimental technical teams into the improvement of students'ability and the improvement of school scientific research.
