摘 要:目的探讨药品合理分类与药品监管制度对西药房管理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京医科大学附属无锡市人民医院20名西药房工作人员。2022年1—12月执行常规管理,设为对照组。2023年1—12月执行药品合理分类及药品监管制度,设为观察组。对比两组管理质量评分、工作质量评分、管理满意度。结果观察组管理质量评分、工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类及药品监管制度可以提升管理质量及工作质量。Objective To explore the effects of rational drug classification and drug regulatory system on the management of Western pharmacies.Methods Twenty western pharmacy staff from Wuxi People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected from January 2022 to December 2023.Routine management was implemented from January to December 2022,and was set up as the control group.Rational classification of drugs and drug supervision system were implemented from January to December 2023,and was set up as the observation group.Compared the two groups'management quality score,work quality score,and management satisfaction.Results The management quality scores and work quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).Conclusion Rational categorization of drugs and drug regulatory system can improve the quality of management and work.
