摘 要:目的分析BOPPPS法联合情景模拟法在麻醉学教学中的运用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月永州市中心医院的2022级临床医学专业见习生30名为对照组,麻醉学教学中采用传统授课方式。选取2023年1—12月本院的2023级临床医学专业见习生30名为观察组,麻醉学教学采用BOPPPS联合情景模拟法。比较两组考核成绩、学习状态评分、教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识、麻醉操作、病案分析、麻醉方案成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组学习状态评分、教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论麻醉学教学采用BOPPPS联合情景模拟法授课效果良好。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the BOPPPS method combined with scenario simulation in teaching anesthesiology.Methods Thirty trainees of clinical medicine specialty of grade 2022 from January to December 2022 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected as the control group,and the traditional lecture method was used in teaching anesthesiology.Thirty trainee students of 2023 grade of clinical medical specialty from our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the anesthesiology teaching used BOPPPS combined with situational simulation method.The assessment scores,learning status scores,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,anesthesia operation,case analysis,and anesthesia protocol of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The learning status scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Anesthesiology teaching using BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation method is good.
