摘 要:目的探讨病例导入式问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式在妇产科规培生妇科内分泌疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年10月英山县人民医院的80名妇产科规培生为研究对象,依据教学方法不同分为两组,每组40名,对照组使用传统教学模式,观察组使用病例导入式PBL教学模式,对比两组学生的考核成绩、自我导向学习能力。结果观察组学生的理论成绩、技能操作、病例分析成绩分别为(35.26±2.32)分、(36.10±2.45)分、(16.33±2.85)分,高于对照组的(31.22±2.45)分、(32.75±2.85)分、(12.10±2.66)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.573、5.637、6.862,P均<0.05)。观察组的自我导向学习能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论病例导入式PBL教学模式在妇产科规培生妇科内分泌疾病中的教学效果较好,能够提高规培生的学习效果,强化临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in gynecological and endocrinological diseases.Methods Eighty Gynecology students from Yingshan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with forty students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used case-led PBL teaching mode.The assessment scores and self-directed learning ability of the students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical results,skill operation,case analysis in the observation group were 35.26±2.32,36.10±2.45 and 16.33±2.85,which were higher than 31.22±2.45,32.75±2.85 and 12.10±2.66 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.573,5.637,6.862,all P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching model has a best effect in the teaching of gynecological endocrine diseases,which can improve the learning effect and strengthen the ability of clinical thinking.
