摘  要:目的探讨将案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)与3D打印技术结合应用于神经外科临床教学中的效果,并评估其在提高学生学习满意度和专业技能方面的潜力。方法选取2023年6月—2024年2月兰州大学第二医院神经外科的56名临床医学专业本科实习生为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为研究组(案例教学法结合3D技术)和对照组(传统教学法),每组28名。比较两组学生的学习满意度、理论知识掌握情况和操作技能。结果研究组的学习满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的理论知识掌握评分为(85.23±5.42)分,高于对照组的(78.77±6.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.80,P<0.05)。研究组的操作技能水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论结合案例教学法和3D打印技术的教学方法在神经外科临床教学中具有一定优势,有助于提高学生的学习满意度和专业技能。Objective To explore the effect of combining case-based learning(CBL)with 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of neurosurgery,and to evaluate its potential in improving students'learning satisfaction and professional skills.Methods Fifty-six undergraduate clinical medical interns in the Department of Neurosurgery,the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from June 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the research group(case teaching method combined with 3D technology)and the control group(traditional teaching method)by random number table method,with twenty-eight students in each group.The study satisfaction,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups of students were compared.Results The study satisfaction of the study group were higher than thoser of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of theoretical knowledge mastery in the study group was 85.23±5.42,higher than 78.77±6.30 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.80,P<0.05).The skill level of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method combining case teaching method and 3D printing technology has certain advantages in neurosurgery clinical teaching,which is helpful to improve students'learning satisfaction and professional skills.
