摘 要:目的探讨微信在烧伤外科本科临床实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年12月在蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院烧伤外科实习的82名本科实习生作为研究对象,其中2022级40名实习生为对照组,采取传统带教模式,2023级42名实习生为观察组,采取微信临床带教模式,比较两组学习成绩、思维能力及教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩为(92.45±5.09)分、技能成绩为(95.05±4.84)分,比对照组(85.28±6.11)分、(90.94±5.33)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.784、3.658,P均<0.05)。教学后观察组寻求真相、开发思想、分析能力、系统能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟评分比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采取微信临床带教模式可提高教学效果,提高实习生的考核成绩,锻炼批判性思维能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat in the teaching of burn surgery undergraduate Clinical Interns.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,eighty-two interns in the burn surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were selected as the research objects.Among them,forty interns of grade 2022 were used as the control group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.forty-two interns of grade 2023 were used as the observation group,and the WeChat clinical teaching mode was adopted.The academic performance,thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score was 92.45±5.09 and the skill score was 95.05±4.84 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 85.28±6.11 and 90.94±5.33,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.784,3.658,all P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of seeking truth,developing ideas,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of WeChat clinical teaching mode can improve the teaching effect,improve the assessment results of interns,exercise critical thinking ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
