摘  要:Bone marrow adipocytes(BMAds)affect bone homeostasis,but the mechanism remains unclear.Here,we showed that exercise inhibited PCNA clamp-associated factor(PCLAF)secretion from the bone marrow macrophages to inhibit BMAds senescence and thus alleviated skeletal aging.
