摘　　要：新质生产力赋能高校继续教育高质量发展具有提升人才培养质量、引领继续教育转型升级、助力终身学习体系的构建等重要时代意义。推进新质生产力赋能高校继续教育高质量发展可以从以下途径寻求突破:以创新赋能,加快构建适应新质生产力要求的高校继续教育发展机制;以科技赋能,推动科技进步与教育创新的深度融合,整体推进高校继续教育高质量发展;以融合促发展,推动产教与科教融汇,增强服务社会功能;以制度为保障,健全质量评价体系,实现高校继续教育的可持续发展。New quality productive forces empower the high-quality development of continuing education in colleges and universities,which has important significance of the times,including improving the quality of talent cultivation,leading the transformation and upgrading of continuing education,and helping with the construction of lifelong learning system.To promote the high-quality development of continuing education empowered by the new quality productive forces in colleges and universities,we can seek breakthroughs in the following ways:accelerate the construction of the development mechanism for continuing education in colleges and universities which meets the requirements of the new quality productive forces with the empowerment of innovation;promote the deep integration of scientific and technological progress and educational innovation,and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of continuing education in colleges and universities with the empowerment of science and technology;promote development with integration,promote the integration between industry and education and the integration between science and education,and enhance the function of serving the society;improve the system of quality evaluation to realize the sustainable development of continuing education in colleges and universities with the system as the guarantee.
