新时代地域文化融入社区教育的价值、维度及路径研究——以三晋文化为例

摘　　要：新时代,将地域文化融入社区教育发展中,不仅能赋予社区教育新的时代内涵,而且能重塑富有优秀传统文化内涵的社区生命力。三晋文化作为一种重要的地域文化,融入社区教育的价值在于凝聚社区精神,增强社区向心力和居民归属感;传承地域文脉传统,增强社区居民文化自信;丰富社区学习资源,提升社区居民的人文素养;活化本土特色文化,助推社区治理和地域发展。研究发现,将三晋文化内核融入社区教育的有效路径有:以终身教育理念为指导,打造价值取向新契约;统筹联合各方力量,共同助力地域文化的熔铸;教育数字化,赋能创新地域文化传承方式;深挖特色文化因子,开发社区教育项目和课程等。In the new era,integrating regional culture into the development of community education can not only give community education the connotation of new era,but also reshape the vitality of the community with excellent traditional cultural connotation.As an important regional culture,the value of integrating Sanjin culture into community education lies in condensing community spirit,enhancing community centripetal force and residents’sense of belonging;inheriting the regional context tradition and enhancing community residents’cultural self-confidence;enriching community learning resources and improving community residents’humanistic quality;activating local characteristic culture and promoting community governance and regional development.The study found that the effective ways to integrate the core of Sanjin culture into community education are:creating a new contract of value orientation under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education;coordinating and uniting all forces to jointly help the integration of regional culture;educational digitalization can empower and innovate the way of regional culture inheritance;digging deep into the characteristic cultural factors to develop community education projects and courses.
