摘　　要：新时代、新形势要求民办高职教育必须走“以学生为中心”“以立德为根本”“规范化管理”“内涵式发展”“产教融合”的发展道路。民办高职教育要实现高质量发展,转变职业教育观念是先导,把握“高质量发展”的内涵是前提,执行创新驱动内涵型发展是重点,建设高水平的管理队伍和教练型教师队伍是关键,深化校企合作与产教融合是有效的途径。The new era and new situation require private vocational education to follow the development path of"student-centered","morality based","standardized management","connotative development",and"integration of industry and education".To achieve high-quality development of private vocational education,transforming vocational education concepts is the guide,grasping the connotation of"high-quality development"is the prerequisite,implementing innovation driven connotative development is the key,building a high-level management team and coaching teacher team is the priority,and deepening school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration is an effective way.
