研究生导师立德树人职责评价实施的现实省思--基于文本内容分析的视角

摘　　要：近年来各高校全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实全国教育大会和全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,把立德树人作为研究生导师的首要职责,纷纷出台落实研究生导师立德树人职责实施细则。运用内容分析法对各高校出台的有关研究生导师立德树人的文本进行分析后发现:高校对新时代研究生导师立德树人工作高度重视,研究生导师立德树人职责评价机制基本确立。但评价工作原则化成为主要问题,考评尚不能成为助推研究生导师立德树人职责履行的有效手段。高校可以通过建立教师荣誉制度,弱化立德树人考核评价,激发研究生导师立德树人工作的内生动力。In recent years,all colleges and universities have fully implemented the party's education policy,implemented the spirit of the National Education Conference and the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,regarded the cultivation of virtue as the primary responsibility of graduate tutors,and issued implementation rules for the implementation of the duties of graduate tutors.After using the content analysis method to analyze the texts issued by various universities on the cultivation of virtue by graduate tutors,it is found that colleges and universities attach great importance to the work of establishing virtue and cultivating people by graduate tutors in the new era,and the evaluation mechanism of the responsibilities of graduate tutors is basically established.However,the principle of evaluation has become the main problem,and evaluation cannot be an effective means to promote the performance of the duties of graduate supervisors to cultivate morality.Colleges and universities can weaken the assessment and evaluation of moral cultivation by establishing a teacher honor system,and stimulate the endogenous motivation of graduate tutors to cultivate morality and cultivate people.
