摘 要:目的:探讨心理评估联合积极心理学方法在护生规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2021年6月-2023年4月在安徽省某三甲医院实习的50名护生作为研究对象,根据教学模式不同随机分为两组,每组25人,对照组实行常规教学考核,观察组在临床规范化培训教学中在采用常规教学的基础上增加心理评估联合积极心理学的方法进行带教、考核。之后采用中文版护生核心能力量表对护生进行核心能力评估,并比较两组护生的出科成绩、教学模式满意度。结果:观察组护生核心能力各项得分均高于对照组,观察组护生出科成绩、教学模式满意度也均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理评估联合积极心理学方法在护生规范化培训中应用,可提高培训效果,有助于培养高素质护理专业人才。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological assessment combined with positive psychology method in standardized training teaching of nursing students.How:Fifty nursing students who practiced in a Grade-A hospital in Anhui Province from June 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,with 25 students in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching and assessment,and the observation group added psychological assessment combined with positive psychology methods for teaching and assessment on the basis of routine teaching in the teaching of clinical standardized training.that,the Chinese version of the core competence scale was used to evaluate the core competence of nursing students,and the two groups were compared in terms of their grades and satisfaction with teaching mode.Results:The scores of core ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the grades and satisfaction level of teaching mode in the observation group were also better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological assessment in conjunction with positive psychology methods helps to develop high quality nursing professionals who are morally,intellectually,and physically well-rounded,and is more applicable to today's nursing clinical education.
