摘 要:采用煤矿企业安全氛围量表、工作投入量表、离职倾向量表对随机从皖北某煤矿企业中抽取的251名员工进行问卷调查。结果表明:煤矿企业安全氛围、工作投入与员工的离职倾向间存在显著的负相关、煤矿企业安全氛围与员工的工作投入存在显著的正相关;煤矿企业安全氛围、工作投入对员工的离职倾向均有显著的负向预测作用;工作投入在煤矿企业安全氛围与员工的离职倾向间起部分中介作用。A questionnaire survey was conducted on 251 employees randomly selected from a coal mining enterprise in northern Anhui by using the coal mining enterprise safety climate scale,work engagement scale,and turnover intention scale.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation among the safety climate,work engagement and employee′s turnover intention in coal mines,and there is a significant positive correlation between the safety climate and work engagement of employees in coal mines;The safety climate and work engagement of coal mining enterprises have a significant negative predictive effect on the turnover intention of employees;Work engagement plays a partial mediating role between the safety climate of the coal mine enterprise and the employee′s turnover intention.
