摘 要:目的:了解山东省零售药店执业药师药学服务胜任力现状,分析影响因素,为进一步提高执业药师药学服务胜任力提供参考。方法:于2022年6-12月,采用执业药师药学服务胜任力评价量表对山东省零售药店的939名执业药师进行调查,对其药学服务胜任力进行潜在剖面分析,并通过logistic回归分析识别影响因素。结果:山东省零售药店执业药师药学服务胜任力可分为C1低胜任力组(8.5%)、C2中等胜任力组(65.6%)、C3高胜任力组(25.9%)。年龄、学历、零售药店经营模式、日均服务人次、培训意愿和培训次数是执业药师药学服务胜任力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:山东省零售药店执业药师药学服务胜任力整体水平较高,应重点关注年轻、学历低、单体药店、日均服务人次少、培训意愿低和培训次数少的执业药师,制定针对性的管理措施进一步提升执业药师药学服务胜任力。Objective:To understand the current status of pharmacy service competency of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in Shandong province,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide a reference for further improving the pharmacy service competency of licensed pharmacists.Methods:A survey of 939 licensed pharmacists from retail pharmacies in Shandong province was conducted using the licensed pharmacist pharmacy service competency evaluation scale to analyze the potential profiles of their pharmacy service competency and to identify the influencing factors through logistic regression from June to December 2022.Results:Pharmacy service competence of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in Shandong province can be categorized into C1 low competence group(8.5%),C2 medium competence group(65.6%),and C3 high competence group(25.9%),and age,educational level,retail pharmacy business model,average daily service attendance,willingness to train,and number of training sessions were the influencing factors for pharmacy service competence of licensed pharmacists(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmacy service competence of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in Shandong province is generally high,and focus should be placed on licensed pharmacists who are young,with low education,in single-unit pharmacies,with low average daily service attendance,with low willingness to be trained,and with fewer trainings,and targeted management measures should be formulated to improve the competence of pharmacy service of licensed pharmacists.
