摘 要:论文参照了某一电液位置伺服系统的数据手册,建立了该系统的数学模型,并通过Matlab进行了仿真,结果表明此次数学建模是可行的。另外,为解决电液位置伺服系统中PID控制器参数调节困难以及系统的非线性和常规控制存在的缺点,结合论文提出的改进粒子群算法,设计了控制器参数自整定算法,并在Matlab中将改进的PSO算法和传统的PSO分别进行仿真。通过多次实验结果对比,验证得出结论:基于改进PSO算法的PID控制器参数自整定对伺服系统的静、动态控制效果更具优越性,且计算速度更快。In this paper,a mathematical model of an electro-hydraulic position servo system is established with reference to the data manual of the system,and the physical simulation is carried out by Matlab,which shows that the mathematical modeling is feasible.In addition,in order to solve the difficulty of adjusting the parameters of the PID controller in the electro-hydraulic position servo system and the shortcomings of the nonlinear and conventional control of the system,combined with the improved particle swarm algorithm proposed in this paper,the controller parameter self-tuning algorithm is designed,and the improved PSO algorithm and the conventional PSO algorithm are simulated in Matlab.Through the comparison of experimental results for many times,it is concluded that the PID controller parameter self-tuning based on the improved PSO algorithm is more superior to the static and dynamic control effects of the servo system,and the calculation speed is faster.
