摘 要:“解剖学”是大一医学生必修的基础课程,学好“解剖学”能够为其他医学学科的学习奠定扎实的基础。然而,当下医学院校学生数量逐年增多、遗体捐献标本长期不足,导致医学生解剖实践操作机会减少,理论难以联系实践,影响教学质量。针对这些情况,提出建设以数字技术为依托的现代解剖学实验室替代真实尸体解剖,开展形态学教学资源的整合共建共享优质资源,虚实结合、碎片化慕课使用进行慕课背景下的“人体解剖学”课程改革,从而培养高质量的医学生。Anatomy is a compulsory basic course for freshmen medical students.Learning anatomy well lays a foundation for the study of other medical disciplines.However,the number of medical college students is increasing year by year,and there is a long-term shortage of body donation specimens.As a result,medical students have fewer opportunities to practice anatomy,and it is difficult to connect theory with practice,which affects the teaching quality.In these cases,it is proposed to construct a modern anatomy laboratory based on digital technology to replace the real autopsy,carry out the integration and co-construction of morphology teaching resources to share high-quality resources,and combine the virtual and practical conditions,use fragmented MOOC to carry out the reform of human anatomy curriculum under the background of MOOC,so as to cultivate high-quality medical students.
