摘 要:微体古生物学是进行海相地层划分与对比、古海洋环境重建、海洋调查与勘探,以及海底油气与矿产资源形成环境等方面研究必备的基础理论知识。在海洋科学飞速发展的当下,传统的微古教学方法面临诸多的挑战。为此,作者选择海洋科学相关的有孔虫、介形虫、钙质超微、孢粉、硅藻、放射虫、沟鞭藻七个微古门类,为海洋科学专业本科生开设海洋微体古生物学课程。通过在超星平台上建课;多种方式制作三维课堂教学模型;实习课重点选择我国沿海及大洋沉积物中的、学生以后工作中最可能接触到的微古属种作为实习标本;指导学生分组实践从样品预处理—镜下观察与鉴定—应用分析;鼓励对微古感兴趣的学生组成学习小组,拓展学习的深度和广度,积极申请大学生科技创新项目等多种方式,对传统的微古教学方式进行改革,将海洋微体古生物学这门课变成生动灵活的适合新时代大学生学习的专业课程。Micropaleontology is a basic theoretical knowledge that must be mastered in the fields of marine stratigraphic division and correlation,paleo-marine environment reconstruction,marine investigation and exploration,and the formation environment of submarine oil,gas and mineral resources.At present,with the rapid development of Marine science,the traditional teaching methods of micropaleontology are facing many challenges.Therefore,we selected seven micropalaeotaxa related to Marine science,such as Foraminifera,Ostracoda,Calcareous nannofossils,Spore pollen,Diatom,Radiolaria and Dinoflagellates,and set up a course of"Marine Micropaleontology"for undergraduates majoring in Marine science.By building courses on the Superstar platform;Make 3D classroom teaching model specimens in various ways;The focus of the practice course is to select the Micropaleontological species in the coastal of China and oceanic sediments that students are most likely to contact with in the future work as practice specimens.It guides students to practice in groups from sample pretreatment-microscope observation and identification-application analysis.Students who are interested in micropaleontology are encouraged to form study groups,expand the depth and breadth of learning.We actively apply for scientific and technological innovation projects for college students,so as to reform the traditional teaching methods of micropaleontology,and turn the course of Marine micropaleontology into a vivid and flexible professional course suitable for college students in the new era.
