摘 要:研究以浙江省高职院校学生为研究对象开展问卷调查,经SPSS数据分析发现年级、性别、成绩等不同因素对高职学生职业生涯规划存在影响。基于此,通过分析研究提出重视家庭职业对话与信息交流的作用,强调其积极性与及时性;加强院校“岗课赛证”职业教育课程建设,注重其差异性、针对性;校企联动丰富职业生涯规划教育资源,体现其社会性与真实性;提高个人职业生涯发展规划整体水平,增强其主动性与变化性等建议。The article carries out a questionnaire survey with the students of higher vocational schools in Zhejiang Province as the research object and finds the influence of different factors such as grade,gender and performance on the career planning of higher vocational students through the SPSS data analysis.On the basis of which,some suggestions are put forward such as attaching importance to the role of family career dialogues and information exchanges,emphasizing the positivity and timeliness;strengthening the construction of vocational education courses of the schools’post class competition,focusing on the differentiation and pertinence;linking with the enterprises to enrich career planning education resources,reflecting sociality and authenticity;improving the overall level of individual career development planning,enhancing initiative and change.
