教书育人楷模精神的道德意蕴及其内涵特征——基于张桂梅事迹的研究

摘　　要：张桂梅精神是矢志扎根滇西北贫困乡村30多年积淀而成的教书育人楷模精神。从道德意蕴角度看,这种楷模精神的内涵是:她以教育扶贫之路积淀育人经验,精准归纳自己的办学理念与育人思想,生成了不厌不倦、大爱无疆的革命人格;她以革命传统立校的历程和在艰难竭蹶的境遇里投入党的教育扶贫事业,彰显了共产党人信念坚毅、坚韧不拔的革命精神,情愿贡献、赤诚育人的博爱精神,以及艰辛办学、以身许国的拼搏精神。这是靠一种绝对伦理意志支撑起来的教育革命精神,其绝对伦理意志源于特定时空里的社会性道德,并被升华为支撑其信仰和情感的最终依托。这种精神具有以情感滋润理性、以教育赋能人明白地活着、以寻觅学生之苦做到对苦下药的内在特征。深入研究作为全国教书育人楷模的张桂梅精神之道德意蕴及其内涵特征,挖掘其精神,丰富其内涵,对新时代弘扬教育家精神有重要的意义。The spirit of Zhang Guimei,as an exemplary figure in teaching and educating,has been forged over more than 30 years of dedication to impoverished rural areas in Northwestern Yunnan.From the perspective of moral implications,the essence of this exemplary spirit lies in her experience in educationbased poverty alleviation,through which she refined her educational theories and philosophy,ultimately forming a revolutionary character marked by tireless dedication and boundless love.Her journey of founding a school grounded in revolutionary tradition and her commitment to the Party’s education and poverty alleviation efforts in challenging circumstances fully embody the steadfastness and perseverance of a Communist revolutionary spirit,a philanthropic dedication to nurturing students,and the hardworking,self-sacrificing spirit of building a school for the nation.This revolutionary educational spirit is sustained by an absolute ethical will,derived from the socio-moral conditions of her specific time and place,and elevated into the ultimate foundation of her faith and emotions.The core characteristics of this spirit include nourishing rationality with emotion,empowering individuals to understand the meaning of life through education,and addressing the hardships of students by understanding and alleviating their suffering.A deep study of the moral implications and core characteristics of Zhang Guimei’s spirit,as an exemplar of teaching and educating,is of great significance for promoting the spirit of educators in the new era.
