摘 要:对大鼠灌胃不同剂量文蛤多肽后进行递增负荷游泳运动,研究文蛤多肽对大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢的影响及其相关作用机制。结果表明:经过6周递增负荷游泳运动后,与模型组(给予等量生理盐水)比较,文蛤多肽低剂量组的大鼠游泳力竭时间显著增加(P<0.05),中、高剂量组极显著增加(P<0.01)。文蛤多肽在一定程度上可减少血清乳酸(BLA)、尿素氮(BUN)的积累,提高柠檬酸合酶(CS)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)、α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶(α-KGDHC)活性,调节三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、一磷酸腺苷(AMP)水平,增加骨骼肌中腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅助活化因子1α(PGC-1α)mRNA表达量。以上表明文蛤多肽可提升大鼠运动耐力,缓解机体运动疲劳。The effects of different doses of clam polypeptides on skeletal muscle energy metabolism and their related mechanisms in rats undergoing incremental load swimming exercise after oral gavage were studied.The results showed that after 6 weeks of increasing load swimming exercise,compared with the model group(given an equal amount of physiological saline),the swimming exhaustion time of rats in the low-dose group of clampolypeptides significantly increased(P<0.05),and the medium and highdose groups significantly increased(P<0.01).To a certain extent,clam polypeptides could reduce the accumulation of serum lactate(BLA)and urea nitrogen(BUN),increase the activity of citrate synthase(CS),isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH),andα-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase(α-KGDHC),regulate the levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and adenosine monophosphate(AMP),and increase the mRNA expression of adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase(AMPK)and peroxisome proliferator activated receptorγcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α)in skeletal muscle.These results indicated that the clam polypeptides could enhance the exercise endurance of rats and alleviate physical fatigue.
