摘 要:非侵入性光电治疗在临床应用中逐渐普及,而目前对于光电治疗效果的评估主要依靠医患双方的主观判断,或是借助皮肤检测仪类产品对治疗前后的几个特征指标进行定量分析。目前光电治疗领域内尚无智能化、标准化的评估流程,自2023年1月至2024年5月,郑州大学第一附属医院信息处设计了一种基于人工智能卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network)治疗效果的智能评估流程,涵盖从数据收集、数据增强、模型训练到最终的疗效分级,并对该流程在整形美容外科领域的实际价值和未来整形美容外科的智能化建设进行了探讨。Non-invasive photoelectricity treatment is gradually becoming widespread in clinical applications,but the current assessment of the effect of photoelectricity treatment is mainly based on the subjective judgment of the clinical staff and patients,or with the help of skin detector products to quantitatively analyze several characteristics of the indicators before and after the treatment.There is no intelligent,standardized evaluation process in the field.From January 2023 to May 2024,an intelligent evaluation process of treatment effect based on convolutional neural network is designed,covering data collection,data enhancement,model training to final efficacy grading,and the practical value of this process in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery and the future intelligent construction of plastic and cosmetic surgery are discussed.
