摘　　要：高职院校在进行思想政治教育队伍建设时应融合心理健康,不断增强教师的综合素质,提升教育效果。本研究旨在探讨融合心理健康教育构建的思想政治教育队伍建设,通过心理健康技术潜移默化地进行思想政治教育,增强学生的认同感和荣誉感。文章分析了当前高职思想政治教育的现状,识别了问题,并提出了实际解决方案,以促进高等职业思想政治教育的发展。Vocational colleges should integrate mental health education into the construction of ideological and political education teams to continuously enhance the comprehensive abilities of teachers and improve the effectiveness of education.This study aims to explore the construction of ideological and political education teams by integrating mental health education,subtly incorporating mental health techniques to strengthen ideological and political education,and increase students’sense of identity and honor.The article analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,identifies existing problems,and proposes practical solutions to promote the development of ideological and political education in higher vocational institutions.
