翻转课堂在高职院校体育选项课教学中的运用研究

摘　　要：探索将翻转课堂教学模式应用于高职院校体育选项课程中的可行性。期望通过这种方法丰富体育选项课的教学内容,提高体育选项课在线课程资源建设,同时推动高职院校体育课内外一体化和理论实践结合进程,达到让学生养成终身锻炼意识的目标。This study explores the feasibility of applying the flipped classroom teaching model to physical education elective courses in vocational colleges.The aim is to enrich the teaching content of these courses,enhance the development of online course resources,and promote the integration of physical education within and outside the curriculum while combining theory with practice.Ultimately,the goal is to cultivate a lifelong awareness of fitness among students.
