摘  要:本文以浙江米奥兰特商务会展股份有限公司全球化战略以及“双线双展”商业模式为例,对会展服务企业实现数字化的关键因素和实现路径进行了深入研究。研究得出,在贸易数字化的新全球化发展背景下,会展服务企业通过将业务流程、商业模式、产业体系数字化,实现了商业模式“双线双展”的数字化转型,进而与客户、市场、相关企业形成了基于数据融合的价值共享生态系统。会展企业通过业务流程、商业模式、产业体系的数字化升级,不仅为企业创造出了不同形式的商业价值,还为客户创造了社会服务价值,实现了企业与客户价值的共赢共享。This paper presents an in-depth study of the globalization strategy and the online and offline business models of Zhejiang Meorient Business Exhibition Co.,Ltd.Based on grounded theory,this paper dis⁃cusses how to realize the digital transformation of an exhibition service enterprise,explores the key fac⁃tors involved and the realization path of the digitalization of the exhibition service enterprise,and at⁃tempts to build a theoretical framework for service enterprises to realize their digital transformation.The research concludes that,against the background of new globalization,the exhibition service enterprise re⁃alizes the digital transformation of its business models online and offline through the digitization of its business process,business model,and industrial system.It then forms a value-sharing ecosystem based on data integration with customers,markets,and related enterprises.Through the digital upgrading of the business process,business model,and industrial system,the exhibition enterprise not only creates differ⁃ent forms of business value but also creates social service value for customers,realizing the win-win shar⁃ing of value between the enterprise and its customers.
