成人高校课堂教与学的有效性分析与策略探究

摘  要:成人高校作为提供继续教育和终身学习机会的重要机构,其课堂教学的有效性对于提升学生的学习成效具有重要意义,其教学效果直接影响到学习者的职业技能提升和个人发展。然而,由于成人学生的学习需求、学习特征与普通高校学生存在显著差异,传统教学模式往往难以满足他们的学习需求。文章以国家开放大学全网办学项目一线教学为例,通过分析成人学习特征和影响成人高校教学有效性的关键因素,提出了远程开放教育课堂教学质量督导管理模式和提升教学有效性的基本策略,并强调建立有效的学习支持的重要性,旨在促进成人高校教师的“有效教学”和学生的“有效学习”,为成人教育实践和提升成人教育质量提供有益的启示。Adult colleges and universities are the major institutions to provide opportunities for continuing education and lifelong learning,and the effectiveness of classroom instruction is very important for enhancing student learning outcomes.The teaching effectiveness directly affects learners'professional skill enhancement and personal development.However,due to significant differences in learning needs and characteristics between adult students and students in regular universities,traditional teaching models are often difficult to meet the needs of adult learners.Taking the frontline teaching of The Open University of China as an example,this paper analyses the characteristics of adult learning and the key factors affecting the effectiveness of teaching and learning in adult higher education,and proposes a quality supervision and management model for distance open education classroom teaching as well as basic strategies to improve teaching effectiveness.It also emphasizes the importance of establishing effective learning support.The study aims to promote effective teaching and learning in adult higher education,and provides valuable references for adult education practice and quality improvement.
