摘 要:为探索与研究问题驱动学习(problem based learning,PBL)教学法在普通动物学实验课程的应用及效果,按照普通动物学实验课程的一般讲授方法,课题组设计了PBL教学模式和流程,包括设置问题、自主学习、小组讨论、总结评价、结合生产实践教学。课程改革教学效果良好,学生的期末考试成绩得到提升,对照组的平均实验成绩为76.92分,实验组的平均实验成绩为96.93分;实验组学生对PBL教学模式的评价满意度高,对照组对教师认可度评价为69.74分,实验组对教师的评价为满分70.00分。将PBL教学法引入普通动物学实验课程后,从实际效果看,PBL教学法在实验类课程中的作用相当显著,其与实验类课程极为契合,该教学法不仅有利于学生对理论知识的梳理和学习,更能提高学生独立思考问题、解决问题的能力。To explore and research the application and effect of the problem based learning(PBL)teaching methodology in the course general zoology laboratory.According to the general teaching method of the course general zoology laboratory,the teaching model and process of PBL was designed by the project group,including the setting of problems,independent learning,group discussion,summary and evaluation,and teaching in combination of production practice.The effect of curriculum reform was good.The students′final examination scores improved,with the mean experimental score of 76.92 in the control group and 96.93 in the experimental group in the experiment.The students in the experimental group were highly satisfied with the evaluation of the PBL teaching model.The teacher′s approbation was 69.74 in the control group,and the experimental group rated the teacher with a perfect score of 70.00.After the introduction of PBL teaching methodology into the course general zoology laboratory,the actual effect showed that the PBL teaching methodology played an important role in the experimental courses and agreed with the experimental courses,which was not only conducive students to sort out and study the theoretical knowledge,but also improved the students′ability to think and solve problems independently.
