基于标准化的高校教学质量评估与管理方法研究

摘　　要：在高校现代化育人工作中,不仅要为学生讲解必备的知识,还需要加强对教学质量评估与管理的重视程度,及时发现教育工作中存在的问题,结合学生的学习需求以及企业的用人标准,优化现有的课程教育方式,从而提高课程教育工作的针对性。基于此,本文提出高校要立足实际,融合标准化思路,加强对教学质量评估与管理的重视程度,融合精细化的工作思维,有序推动教学质量评估与管理工作的顺利进行,进而促进学校的现代化发展。In the modernization of college education,it is not only necessary to explain the necessary knowledge for students,but also to strengthen the importance of teaching quality evaluation and management,timely find the problems in education,combine the learning needs of students and the employment standards of enterprises,optimize the existing course education methods,so as to improve the pertinence of course education.Based on this,this paper proposes that colleges and universities should base on the reality,integrate standardization ideas,strengthen the degree of emphasis on teaching quality evaluation and management,integrate fine work thinking,orderly promote the smooth progress of teaching quality evaluation and management,and then promote the modernization of schools.
