摘 要:产教融合是职业教育的基本办学模式,而数字化通过数字技术全面赋能职业教育。标准化是经过培训,能恒定、逼真复制的过程,标准化已被广泛用于国内外的医学教育和护理教育中。基于以上背景,对高职护理专业核心课程“基础护理技术”进行改革与创新,通过学情分析,构建“三域三阶四贯穿”教学模式,即“虚拟-模拟-真实”病房学习场+“自学熟悉-助学熟练-活学应用”+“职场-任务-思政-评价”贯穿,改革成果获省级技能大赛教学能力比赛一等奖和职教金课,课程改革模式具有推广价值。The integration of production and education is the basic mode of vocational education,and digitalization fully empowers vocational education through digital technology.Standardization is a process of constant and realistic reproduction through training.Standardization has been widely used in medical education and nursing education at home and abroad.Based on the above background,the core course“Basic Nursing Technology”of higher vocational nursing major is reformed and innovated.Through the analysis of learning situation,the teaching model of“three domains,three levels and four penetrations”is constructed,that is,“virtual-simulation-real”ward learning field+“self-study familiarity-student proficiency-active learning application”+“career-task-ideology and politics-evaluation”.The results of the reform win the first prize in the teaching ability competition of the provincial skills competition and the gold course of vocational education,and the curriculum reform model has the promotion value.
