摘  要:研究了教学反思的不同层面并探讨了责任问题。师生共同努力方可确保学习成功。学生须清楚知道自己的学习动机并利用学校提供的学习资源。教师应通过创造一个全面、以目标为导向、富有启发性的学习环境给与支持。以学生的发展为重点,在此基础上设计有吸引力的课堂,使学生掌握相关学科的知识并培养他们的决策能力。教师应注重自身的专业和个人发展,使自己成为与时俱进、称职的榜样。This manuscript discusses layers of reflection in higher education and debates responsibilities.Both lecturers and students take care of academic success.Students are clear about their motivation and use offers they are provided.Lecturers ensure an inspiring learning environment,which is comprehensive and target-oriented.The focus is on students’development and the foundation for the design of an appealing lecture,which enables students to become knowledgeable and capable of decision making in their subject.Lecturers take care of their own professional and personal development to present themselves as an up-to-date and competent role model.
