摘 要:OBE理念是一种以学习成果为导向,注重学生能力培养和学习目标达成的教育理念。在人才培养中,教学质量评价作为保障体系的关键环节至关重要。选取广西医科大学第一临床医学院,旨在探讨基于OBE理念的教学质量评价体系在地方医学院校的应用情况。通过对OBE理念在学院的应用情况、评价指标体系及实际运行情况的深入研究,强调了OBE理念在地方医学院校教学质量评价中的重要性。研究着重于完善评价体系并积极应对挑战,旨在提升教学质量并保证人才培养的有效性与质量。The OBE concept is an educational philosophy that is oriented towards learning outcomes,emphasizing the cultivation of student abilities and the achievement of learning goals.In talent cultivation,teaching quality evaluation is crucial as a key link in the guarantee system.This study selected the First Clinical Medical College of Guangxi Medical University to explore the application of the OBE based teaching quality evaluation system in local medical colleges.Through in-depth research on the application,evaluation index system,and actual operation of the OBE concept in colleges,the importance of the OBE concept in the evaluation of teaching quality in local medical colleges is emphasized.The research focuses on improving the evaluation system and actively addressing challenges,aiming to improve teaching quality and ensure the effectiveness and quality of talent cultivation.
