摘　　要：作为高素质技术技能人才培养的摇篮,高职院校应牢记为党育人、为国育才的初心使命,将劳动法治教育贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的全过程,以引导大学生增强劳动法治素养,在青春的赛道上奋力奔跑,争取跑出当代青年的最好成绩。旨在探讨劳动法治教育的必要性,分析劳动法治教育的现状,提出通过提升劳动法治课程建设的针对性、提升劳动法治教育师资的专业性、提升劳动法治教育方式的创新性等三个方面,不断加强和改进高职院校的劳动法治教育,为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业培养更多高素质技术技能人才。As the cradle of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges should remember their original mission to cultivate talents for the Party and the country,and integrate labor rule of law education into the entire process of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,in order to guide college students to enhance their labor rule of law literacy,run vigorously on the track of youth,and strive to achieve the best results of contemporary youth.This article aims to explore the necessity of labor rule of law education,analyze the current situation of labor rule of law education,and propose to continuously strengthen and improve labor rule of law education in vocational colleges through three aspects:improving the pertinence of labor rule of law curriculum construction,enhancing the professionalism of labor rule of law education teachers,and enhancing the innovation of labor rule of law education methods.It should continuously strengthen and improve labor rule of law-education in vocational colleges,and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents to comprehensively advance the strong country construction and the great course of national rejuvenation with Chinese-style modernization.
