摘 要:目的探讨实施雨课堂新型教学模式对手术室实习护生自主学习能力、出科考试成绩及教学满意度的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年8月德阳市人民医院手术室120名实习护生,根据实习批次分常规组(n=60)与试验组(n=60)。常规组实施常规教学模式带教,试验组于常规组基础上予以雨课堂教学模式带教,比较两组干预前后自主学习能力,另比较两组干预后出科考试成绩(理论成绩、操作成绩)及教学满意度。结果干预后,试验组自主学习能力高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组出科理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组出科时教学满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对手术室实习护生实施雨课堂教学模式,可提高其自主学习能力、出科考试成绩及实习护生教学满意度,该教学模式可为后续手术室实习护生临床带教模式改进提供借鉴。Objective To explore effect of rain classroom new teaching model on independent learning ability,exam scores,and teaching satisfaction degree of intern nursing students in operation room.Methods The paper chose 120 intern nursing students in operation room of Deyang City People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2022,and divided them into routine group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)according to internship batches.Routine group was treated with routine teaching mode,while experimental group with rain classroom teaching model on the basis of routine group.Independent learning ability between two groups before and after intervention was compared,results of final exams(theoretical and operational)and teaching satisfaction degree were compared between two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,experimental group had higher level of independent learning ability than routine group(P<0.05).Theoretical and practical assessment scores of experimental group were higher than routine group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in experimental group was 95.00%at discharge,higher than 66.67%in routine group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom teaching model can improve independent learning ability,exam scores,and teaching satisfaction degree of intern nursing students in operation room,can provide reference for improvement of clinical teaching model for intern nursing students in operation room.
