摘 要:为了防止运行在长大下坡道上的重载列车出现放飏事故,本研究对万吨重载列车失控可能性的条件进行了分析,基于此开发了长大坡道重载列车失控可能性检算系统,通过对朔黄线宁武西站至龙宫站K19+700至K32+531的长大下坡道进行仿真,并将仿真结果与实际操纵结果进行对比,结果显示该仿真结果与实际操纵过程基本相同,证明了该系统的有效性。研究选取不同站间距和坡度的坡道,对不同气候条件下的列车失控可能性进行检算。检算结果显示,当机车制动失效时,干燥或湿润条件下,重载列车在-9‰及以上的坡道上存在失控风险;雨雪条件下,列车在-8‰及以上的坡道上存在失控风险;湿润或雨雪条件下,列车在坡度为-20‰的坡道上无法制动停车,需设置避难线。研究结果为长大坡道上万吨重载列车是否有失控可能性提供了技术参考。In order to prevent the train running on the long descent ramps from running out of control,this study analyzed the conditions for the possibility of runaway trains of 10000 tons.Based on these analyses,we developed a checking system for the possibility of the heavy haul train losing control on long descent ramps.Then,the long descent ramp of K19+700-K32+531 from Ningwuxi Station to Longgong Station of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway was simulated,and the simulation results were compared with the actual control results.The results show that the simulation results are basically the same as the actual control process,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.The ramps with different station spacing and slopes are selected to check the possibility of runaway trains under different climatic conditions.The checking results show that when locomotive braking failure occurs,there is a risk of heavy haul trains losing control on the ramp at a slope of above-9‰under dry or wet conditions.Under rain and snow conditions,the train has the risk of losing control on the ramp at a slope of-8‰and above.Under wet or rain and snow conditions,the train cannot stop on the ramp at a slope of-20‰,and the refuge sidings need to be set up.The research results provide a technical reference for the possibility of runaway heavy haul trains of 10000 tons on long ramps.
